Product Application of Cassava flour machine:

In industry:The Cassava flour could used for Sizing of cotton, wool and rayon and so on.

2)In the production of adhesives:The Cassava flour could used for Production of adhesive trademark, packaging adhesive tape, labeling, and adhesive tape.

3)In the foundry industry:Pre gelatinized starch loses its viscosity at high temperature and can be charred to powder.it is not only easy to clean sand, but also has the characteristics of smooth surface.

4)On the production of water feed:Mainly used as a binder,it is not afraid of water, nontoxic, and easy to digest.The general amount of additions is about 15%.

5)In the paper industry:1 barrels of glue, soaked in dilute glue, pre formed thin paper; 2 glue on the pulping machine, before the thin paper forming, the fibrous tissue together; 3 Genter glue, light repair; 4 surface glue.

I. Whole processes of cassava flour processing machine

      Washing & Peeling Section: To remove the stone, sand or soil from the fresh cassava root, 

and peel it. (The peel of cassava is poisonous.)

     Crushing Section: To make the starch out from the cassava. With advaned technology, our 

machine can make the 98% starch out from the cassava.

     Filtering Section: To remove the sand and residues and milk from the wet starch.

     Dehydration Section: To remove the water in the starch milk. After dewatering, the water 

content of wet starch will be 40%.

 Drying Section: To make the wet starch with 40% water be 13% water dry starch.

 Screening Section: To make sure all the starch are in uniform fineness.

 Packing Section: To pack the dry starch in bags of 5-5000g/bag or 5-50kg/bag.

Fresh cassava is sent to the storage yard. Before processing, fresh cassava must be cleaned. The first machine needed in cassava starch processing line is dry sieve, which removes skin, stone and sticks from cassava.

2)Crushing section

To make the starch out from the cassava. With advaned technology, our 

machine can make the 98% starch out from the cassava.

3)Filtering section

To remove the sand and residues and milk from the wet starch.

4)Dehydration Section

Sending the fine slurry to dewatering machine to remove the moisture inside the slurry, and then 

send it to the air dryer. Compared with other starch, it is more suitable for cassava starch to de-water by vacuum filter.Moisture content of dewatered starch is 38~40%. Wet starch is sent to 

drying system through belt conveyor.

5)Drying Section

Drying the de-watered cassava starch in the air dryer to get dry product.  Starch reaches sieving system. High efficiency cooling starch sifter is used to cool starch and 

get the best starch viscosity.

6)Screening Section

To make sure all the starch are in uniform fineness.

7)Packing Section

Suitable for starch, flour, glucose, base class, chemical raw materials, building materials, super 

fine powder and so on packing. To avoid the corrosive and guarantee absolute health, material 

from import to export all adopt pure stainless steel material structure.
