Weighing → weeding → peeling → stone removal → potato washing → file grinding → slag pulp separation → desaturation → refining → dehydration → drying → packaging → storage

1: weighing: ground scale of 5-50 tons.

2: weeding: my company designed the weeding machine, the specification has 5 tons -50 tons.

3: stone removal: the YT-CSJ-5-30 tons/hour stone removal machine produced by our company is selected and sent to the stone removal machine by scraper conveyor.

4. Potato washing: use yt-xsj-5-30 ton/hour potato washing machine produced by our company, and send it to potato washing machine by scraper conveyor or self-flow.

5. File grinding: 650, 800, 900 series are selected. There are all kinds of hoppers on the file grinding machine.

6: slag slurry separation: adopt the centrifugal sieve and underscreen pump produced by our company and slag slurry pump (screw pump, foam elimination pump) to separate potato residue and starch milk. Centrifugal sieve: YT- lxs-700, 850, 900, 1000. Underscreen pump: mx40-40, mx50-40, mx50-50, mx65-40, mx80-40, mx80-50, mx100-40, mx100-50.

7: sand removal: adopt YT-CSQ-40, 50, 65, 80, 100 produced by our company, equipped with pumps: mx40-50, mx50-50, mx65-50, mx80-50, mx100-50.

8: dejuice: use our company production of cyclone 5-7 section, specifications are YT- xlq-220, 260, 300, 325, 360, 400, 430, 450, 500, with pumps: mx50-40, mx50-50, mx65-40, mx80-50, mx80-50, mx100-40, mx100-50.

9: refined: adopt the cyclones 9-12 knots (recovery 2-3 knots) produced by our company, and the specifications are: ￠220, 260, 300, 325, 360, 400, 430, 450, 500, with pumps: mx40-40, mx50-40, mx65-40, mx80-40, mx100-40.
