1: weighing: ground scale, specification: 5t-25t.

2: weeding: the weeding machine designed by our company has a specification of 5t-25t.

3: stone removal: yt-csj-5-30t / h stone remover produced by our company is selected, and it is delivered to the stone remover with the winch or potato pump.

4. Potato washing: yt-xsj-5-30t / h potato washing machine produced by our company is selected, and it is fed into the potato washing machine by the winch or gravity flow.

5: filing: 650, 800, 900 series are selected. There are hoppers on the filing machine. The potatoes are fed into the hopper by screw or elevator. The hopper is equipped with a screw conveyor with adjustment. The material trough is made under the filing machine.

6: slurry separation: use the centrifugal screen, under screen pump and slurry pump (screw pump, defoamer pump) produced by our company to separate the potato residue and starch milk. 10: dehydration: yt-zkt-4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25 vacuum dehydrators produced by our company are used, equipped with vacuum pumps: sk-9, sk-12, sk-15, sk-20, SK-25.

11: drying: there are three ways: 

⑴: hot blast furnace;

 ⑵: conduction oil furnace; 

⑶: steam boiler. According to the output, choose different specifications of drying pipe, fan, fan and radiator.

12: Packaging: there are two ways:
