Cassava starch production line

The cassava starch production line of goodway potato industry adopts the wet processing technology of starch production without any additives. The whole process is mature in technology, advanced in equipment, scientific in configuration and reasonable in technology. The technological process of starch production is designed according to six sections: cleaning, crushing, screening, concentration, refining, dehydration and drying. In particular, the crushing and screening section adopts the goodway sweet potato industry curved net extrusion type pulverizer. Through the unique process of multi-stage grinding, multi-stage filtration and multi-stage extrusion in turn, the crushed and filtered Pueraria dregs are in the shape of silk, which has the advantages of low energy consumption, high starch extraction rate and good starch quality, and improves the production efficiency and starch extraction rate of the production line.

Applicable objects and features:

It is suitable for medium-sized starch processing factories and customers with cassava as raw material. The whole process of cleaning, crushing, starch extraction, fine filtration, Desanding, concentration, refining, dehydration and drying of raw material is operated automatically. The product processing volume is large, the production cycle is short, the raw materials only need more than ten minutes from cleaning to the finished products, effectively avoiding the oxidation and browning of materials exposed to the air for a long time and the secondary pollution of dust and microorganism, improving the production efficiency and product quality.

technological process:

Belt conveyor → screw cleaning machine → stone removing cleaning machine → paddle cleaning machine → new squirrel cage cleaning machine → curved net extrusion pulverizer → fine filter (basket) → starch microfilter → desander and desilter → starch refining and concentration system → vacuum dehydrator → dryer

Main indicators: turbidity < 0.1, hardness < 100, SO2 < 0.55ppm, iron < 0.9ppm, pressure > 0.2MPa;

Requirements for cassava raw materials: fresh, no mildew, no large amount of sediment

Water supply requirements: water consumption: 2-3 tons per ton of fresh cassava
