Cleaning section: the main equipment in this section are: primary cleaning machine, stone remover, primary cleaning machine and secondary cleaning machine. Two
Screening section: the main equipment equipped in this section are: speed regulating feeder, centrifugal screen of filing machine, etc. The sweet potatoes delivered are crushed in this section and the slag and slurry are separated. It is characterized by good grinding fineness and remarkable slurry separation effect.

Dewatering, refining and dewatering section: the main equipment in this section includes: rotary filter, five-stage de-juice cyclone, seven-stage cyclone, twelve-stage (more) refining cyclone and vacuum dehydrator. They mainly remove juice, wash starch and remove wet starch from the slurry. This section is the section with the highest scientific and technological content in the whole production line, so it is also the key to determine the quality of starch.

Drying section: the whole drying system consists of feeder, lifter, induced draft fan, etc. In the drying process, the negative pressure principle is adopted for drying, wet starch is mixed with hot air and enters the air duct, enters the cyclone separator after reaching the drying requirement, and then is packaged and put into storage.
