1. Selected raw materials:

The quality of starch has a great relationship with the selection and purchase of raw materials. The flour yield of cassava less than 10 months is low, and the old cassava more than 24 months has been degraded, which makes it difficult to break and crush, increases the cost of rate reduction, and affects the economic benefits. The first step is to keep the raw materials in storage.

2. Cleaning and conveying:

The purpose of cleaning is to remove sand, soil, skin and starch ash, which is also convenient for the next process. Cleaning is carried out at the same time of transportation, so the feeding should be uniform. Too many tapioca can not roll without gaps in the rotating cage, so the purpose of peeling and cleaning cannot be achieved. Too little to produce. The operator should also pay attention to the pressure of water. If the water pressure is too low, sediment will not be carried away. Generally, the water pressure should not be lower than 0.25MPa. Always pay attention to the operation of the rotating cage and conveyor, so as to avoid overstocking of raw materials in this process. The machine is usually lubricated once every seven days.

3. fragmentation:

Because the root of cassava is very long and the part near the main stem has been lignified, it can not be crushed without being broken. The first purpose of crushing is to ensure the normal operation of the crusher. Some factories do not have crushing technology to increase the load of the crusher and reduce its service life. 4. crush:

The crushed cassava (about 1cm in diameter) slurry mixture enters the crusher for crushing. The comminution process is divided into one-time comminution and two-time comminution. Why the comminution process is divided into two times? First, the cassava is too long and there are too many lignified substances. For example, the yield of starch can not meet the requirements if it is comminuted once. Second, the quality of cassava starch is damaged by one piece of comminution at a time, which will crush the large particles of cassava starch into small particles, which can not fully free the starch and increase the filtration The difficulty of starch. So now we have two times of crushing. The slurry after the first crushing is first put into the first pressure curved screen, so that the high-quality starch can be filtered out first. The large slag under the first pressure curved screen is added with a certain amount of return water to enter the second crushing, and the fine slag after the second crushing is then put into the second pressure curved screen. This kind of crushing process is the most advanced, not only does it not damage the quality of starch The yield of starch was increased by 3-5% by adding return water.

In the economic accounting of starch plant, water consumption and starch yield are two important indexes. Therefore, in the operation process of using return water and adding clear water in this stage, it is necessary to master a certain amount of return water, which is returned from the curved screen, and fully connected with the previous process. The water consumption can take away the crushed materials without causing waste. After the crusher operates for an hour, contact the upper cover of the bearing of the crusher with hands to see if the temperature rises, and then observe whether the temperature of the motor rises, and strictly control the feeding amount. Because there are too many lignified substances, it is difficult to crush. In case of abnormal operation of the machine, the machine shall be shut down for cleaning. There is a square opening above the crusher. First, the upper part shall be cleaned manually, and then the pocket shall be connected to the opening. After the machine is started for cleaning, the lignified crushed materials will be completely discharged. When cleaning materials, special personnel shall be assigned to take care of the start-up switch to prevent accidents.

At present, starch dehydration equipment is divided into three categories: one is the three foot feeding and feeding and discharging centrifuge, which has a large degree of labor. The second is the automatic scraper centrifuge. Although it is operated automatically, it consumes a lot of power (30kW), and its accessories are expensive (about 10000 yuan per year). Third, the vacuum drum dehydrator equipped by our company at present has low power consumption (8kw), belongs to all stainless steel equipment, low speed (about 9-12r / min), is not easy to damage, energy saving effect is about 70% less than similar products, and is easy to operate.

Before use, the vacuum drum filter dehydrator will rotate in an empty way and then put in the starch slurry. When the thickness of absorbed starch on the filter cloth surface of the machine is 5-6mm, adjust the scraper and scrape off the starch. At the same time, keep 3-4mm thick starch on the filter cloth, adjust the feeding speed and observe the dehydration effect. If the humidity of the material is too high, the machine speed can be slowed down, and the dehydration effect will be better. Generally, the moisture content of dehydrated wet starch is about 39%. If the moisture content is high, it will be more difficult to dry.

It should be noted that the vacuum dehydration filter needs to be operated by professional personnel. Generally, it should not be disassembled randomly. When the equipment is operated for a period of time, it should be cleaned in time to prevent acid substances from corroding the filter cloth. The dehydrated starch can directly enter the dryer for drying.

The air flow colliding dryer uses coal as fuel.
